Communities are comprised of a diverse mix of people, functions, and uses. The built form helps to foster connections and communications. Buildings have many roles, and each gives off a different physical experience. The Ismaili Center in Canada, for example, along with the Aga Khan Museum, allow people to experience architecture through the use of the space and direct interaction.
