Nazlin is the Associate Director of Finance and Administration. As the Head of Finance, Nazlin is responsible for overall Financial Management and Accounting, Reporting, Grants Management, Internal Controls, Budgetary and Treasury function, Compliance, and Statutory responsibilities, including AKF’s Annual Financial and Government Audits.

Nazlin’s experience with AKDN started in 2000 when she worked for Focus Humanitarian Assistance. In 2004, she joined AKF and rose to the role of Finance Controller, a position she held for 7 years. Since rejoining AKF, she has served as Grants Manager, overseeing financial management and the compliance of all program grants.

Nazlin holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with focus in Accounting. She has 15 years of work experience in the field of Finance and Accounting and nearly 10 years of experience in the non-profit industry.
